Sunnily-named Sonnenhof Dellach in Millstatt am See is a four-storey building. The above-ground levels are particularly striking: the three storeys are offset against each other to form the central element of this masterpiece of architecture and construction.

Just like any building, Sonnenhof Dellach sits on a solid foundation – its basement level. This is divided into two sections, one housing the underground parking, while the other half is home to the basement areas and building technology. This level is surrounded by a natural stone wall covered in greenery, forming a natural contrast to the white simplicity of the living areas above.
